The Firm can assist and advise as to 1031 Exchanges, including drafting all documents related to the exchange.
The Firm’s involvement in title insurance matters includes the issuance of title insurance policies to owners and lenders in real estate transactions as well as the representation of title insurance underwriters handling claims made by insureds regarding real estate matters under title insurance policies. The Firm serves as authorized agents for Fidelity National Title Insurance Company, Chicago Title Insurance Company, Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company, and Old Republic Title Insurance Company.
