Stanley practices in areas of Tax, Real Estate, Probate, Estate Planning, Business Law and litigation. He represents clients in organizing, acquiring, and selling businesses along with representing clients in contract matters and matters relating to the operations of their businesses. He represents clients in tax planning, including 1031 Exchanges, estate planning, and all other tax related matters. He also represents clients in all types of real estate transactions including buying, selling and financing transactions along with developing real estate.
