Tyler McLeod joined the firm as an associate in August of 2013. Tyler is originally from Greenville, SC, and received his B.S. in Accounting from the University of South Carolina in 2010. In 2013, Tyler received his J.D. from the University of South Carolina School of Law, and became a member of the South Carolina Bar. In 2015, Tyler received his Master of Laws (L.L.M.) in Taxation.
Tyler has assisted his clients in a wide range of areas of law, including assisting his clients as to the formation and operation of their businesses, acquiring or disposing of real estate, and selling or transferring interest in their businesses. He assists clients with estate planning, including wills and trusts, business succession, retirement benefits, and tax planning to reduce or minimize taxes for his clients. He helps clients with probate administration and any issues involving estates or trusts. He represents his clients in residential and commercial real estate closings, and all issues involving real estate. He has assisted his clients with tax issues and dealt with the IRS and Department of Revenue on behalf of clients to reduce or eliminate their tax burden. He also represents clients in civil litigation matters in all courts.
